Synopsis

Cristina Yang feels little compassion for Constance Ferguson (guest star Rosanna Arquette), a prisoner who endangers her own well-being in a desperate bid to escape solitary confinement. Elsewhere, the interns maintain a vigilant watch over the family of premature quintuplets, each facing significant health complications. Izzie's frustration with Alex intensifies, and Dr. Addison Shepherd resolves to impart a harsh lesson to Izzie.
