Weary of the appalling state of the road through Hooterville, Oliver launched a scathing critique against their popular state district representative, Ben Hanks. Despite uncovering evidence that the affable politician – known as much for his duck calls and guitar playing as for his office – had been adding family members to the state payroll, Mr. Hanks proved remarkably elusive.
