Synopsis

The film they’d just seen—a story of a grandfather reborn as a racehorse—had sparked a conversation about reincarnation between Oliver, Lisa, and Eb. Later that evening, a violent thunderstorm erupted, and when Eb vanished amidst the crashing rain and booming thunder, Lisa was consumed with worry, fearing something terrible had befallen him. Her relief was immense when he finally reappeared at the door, seemingly unharmed—though now sporting an uncanny resemblance to their family dog.
