Synopsis

For Lisa’s birthday, Oliver intends to give her a horse. Mr. Haney arrives with one, but it’s no ordinary animal. Its name is Mr. Fred, a talking horse who happens to be a former television star. Simultaneously, the townspeople have begun to suspect that Lisa has developed a drinking problem and are preparing an intervention.
