Synopsis

Danai Gurira, known for her work in "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" and "The Walking Dead," takes on the title role in this production, alongside Ali Stroker, a Tony Award winner from "Oklahoma!," as Anne. Directed by Tony Award nominee Robert O’Hara of Broadway’s "Slave Play," this Shakespearean tragedy centers on one of the Bard's most memorable villains and is presented as part of Great Performances' 50th anniversary season.
