Synopsis

A cherished yearly event, Julie Andrews hosts the New Year’s Day celebration featuring the Vienna Philharmonic, broadcast from the Musikverein. Maestro Mariss Jansons will conduct a program of beloved melodies by the Strauss family and their contemporaries. The Vienna Boys’ Choir and soloists from the Vienna State Ballet will also contribute to the performance.
