The season’s first installment of THIRTEEN’s Great Performances at the Metropolitan Opera is Tchaikovsky’s romantic tragedy, *Eugene Onegin*, featuring Anna Netrebko, Mariusz Kwiecień, and Piotr Beczała. This fall, Anna Netrebko commenced her third consecutive Met season—a season that will also be her ninth Great Performances broadcast—in her company role debut as Tatiana, the innocent heroine of Pushkin’s celebrated novel.
