Synopsis

Shakespeare’s enduring soliloquy, “To be, or not to be,” finds fresh resonance as actors David Tennant and Sir Patrick Stewart, recently honored with a knighthood, revisit their iconic roles. They do so in a film-for-television adaptation of the Royal Shakespeare Company's 2008 stage production of *Hamlet*, reimagined with contemporary costumes.
