Synopsis

Shuichi would never intentionally cause Yuki pain; his every instinct was to shield him, even from misfortune itself. When Yuki resolved the matter with Tachi, something shifted in Yuki's gaze. He needed distance from Shuichi’s intensity, and understood that a request for Shuichi to leave alone would be futile. So he chose to go, wondering what Shuichi would do upon hearing the news—that he was getting married.
