Synopsis

Yuki’s illness is a consequence of the hospital’s precautions, though, largely, Shuichi is responsible. The doctors instructed him to distance himself from Yuki, a directive that deeply affected him. Heartbroken, Shuichi began visiting Yuki at night in the hospital, murmuring explanations as if Yuki were asleep. He remained unaware that Yuki was fully conscious, absorbing every word, until the truth of it dawned on him.
