Synopsis

In Maidstone, Jean and Bill Letley, a couple in their seventies, are planning a strikingly modern bungalow. The design incorporates underfloor heating and innovative steel foundations – a construction that would challenge even the most skilled builders. The project falls to their daughter and son-in-law, who possess limited experience in construction and must make considerable personal sacrifices to see it realized.
