Synopsis

For a decade, John and Eleni had lived in a modest house in east London, but a yearning for contemporary, open living had grown within them. Unwilling to leave their beloved home, they resolved to undertake a complete redesign of the Victorian terrace. As the property was situated within a conservation area, the exterior remained untouched; within, however, they envisioned a fresh start, dismantling everything – walls, ceilings, floors – to build anew.
