Synopsis

Design engineer Joe Stuart and service designer Lina Nilsson embarked on a challenge within London's notoriously competitive property market: to construct their own home on a remarkably small plot of just thirty-eight square meters. Joe envisioned a split-level dwelling, a six-half-floor structure designed to ingeniously maximize every available space. However, the project quickly fell behind schedule, stretching out over months, and spiraled significantly over their initial budget.
