Synopsis

Freddie Robins and Ben Coode-Adams exchanged their small London flat for a sprawling Grade II listed timber-framed barn in the Essex countryside. The conversion of the structure, seven times the size of a typical three-bedroom house, was an ambitious undertaking. Bringing life back to the 500-year-old building proved to be a considerable endeavor. A year after completion, Kevin returns to see how Ben and Freddie are finding their footing in rural life.
