Synopsis

The project stemmed from a collaborative effort: ten young families contributed thirty hours of labor each week to the construction. Kevin journeyed to Brighton to connect with this cooperative of ten families, a diverse group that included former travelers and single parents, all working together to build homes for themselves and one another. A housing association acquired the land from the council for £58,000. Paul then partnered with the association to establish the cooperative. The me
