Synopsis

Gordon is in a desperate rush to expose the criminal forces poised to derail the fragile negotiations for Gotham’s reunification with the mainland. Meanwhile, Jeremiah Arkham makes a startling reappearance, orchestrating a grotesque reenactment of the night Bruce Wayne’s parents were murdered. He enlists the unsettling assistance of Jervis Tetch, also known as the Mad Hatter, in this macabre performance.
