Synopsis

A decade passes, and Bruce prepares to return to Gotham for the unveiling of the Wayne Tower. A string of unsettling crimes prompts Gordon to suspect the Penguin and the Riddler have reactivated their familiar schemes. But when Bullock is framed for murder, Gordon begins to unravel a far more insidious plot threatening the city. From the shadows, a new figure emerges – one who may be Gotham’s only hope.
