Synopsis

A pall of crime hangs heavy over Gotham, a stark reflection of the Penguin’s failing grasp on the city he purports to govern. Simultaneously, Butch’s choices lead him toward a dangerous precipice, drawn into the orbit of the notorious Red Hood Gang.
