Synopsis

Gordon and Barnes persist in their efforts to restore order to Gotham, where Gordon confronts Eduardo Flamingo, a figure among the city’s most lethal assassins. Separately, Nygma and the Penguin find themselves reunited, while Bruce applies pressure on Galavan to reveal the identity of his parents' killer.
