Synopsis

A shadow has fallen over Gotham City with the emergence of Azrael, igniting a vengeful fire within the Penguin. Simultaneously, Bruce Wayne seeks out Selina Kyle's assistance in the pursuit of Professor Strange, who remains frustratingly beyond the reach of the law due to his clandestine experiments.
