Synopsis

In Gotham City, Gordon and Bullock delve into a chilling unsolved case – the work of a serial killer known only as "the Ogre," who preys upon young women. Elsewhere, Fish struggles to formulate a plan for escape from the Dollmaker's clutches. Simultaneously, Bruce and Selina find themselves in a tense confrontation with Reggie.
