Synopsis

During the Icelandic summer, Gordon Ramsay journeys to a realm of fire and ice to discover hidden culinary traditions rooted in the volcanic terrain. He casts a line in a glacial river for wild salmon and bakes bread within soil warmed by geothermal activity, then travels north toward the sparsely inhabited Westfjords. Following encounters with fermented shark and a dive for scallops in the icy fjords, he joins Iceland’s pioneering Michelin-starred chef, Ragnar Eiríksson, for a celebratory meal
