Synopsis

Venturing to Tasmania, an island adrift from the southern coast of Australia, Chef Ramsay investigates its unspoiled character. He plunges into waters teeming with sharks, seeking out colossal saltwater spiny lobsters, and navigates the undergrowth, carefully avoiding venomous snakes as he gathers native herbs.
