Synopsis

Chef Gordon Ramsay journeys to Maui, Hawaii, to discover the unique flavors of its native food traditions. Battling relentless rain, he navigates the notoriously challenging Hana Highway. There, he learns ancient skills from islanders – how to hunt deer using a bow and arrow, cultivate traditional Hawaiian taro, and spearfish alongside the celebrated free diver Kimi Werner. Gordon then puts his newfound knowledge to the test at a celebratory feast hosted by acclaimed Hawaiian chef Sheldon Simeon
