Synopsis

Chef Gordon Ramsay travels to the far reaches of southern New Zealand, seeking to uncover the traditions of Māori cooking. There, he learns from local experts how to catch eels by hand, free dive for the coveted Paua shellfish, and forage for distinctive ingredients found only in that region. He then puts these newfound skills to work at a traditional Māori feast alongside rising culinary star Monique Fiso.
