Synopsis

A persistent chorus of barking disturbed Cooper Holmes's nights. The sounds were strange, laced with an unsettling quality that prickled his skin. On one such night, he caught sight of two dogs – creatures of a distinctly unpleasant appearance – before they vanished into the darkness.
