Synopsis

Whenever James was away, Florida and her brother Wilbert found themselves responsible for their younger sibling, Michael. His truancy, the frequent schoolyard brawls he’d become embroiled in, and his plummeting grades all served as troubling indicators, prompting Florida to schedule a meeting with Michael's teacher.
