Synopsis

Recognizing James’s aptitude for mechanics, Florida proposed he start a repair business. However, their attempt to secure a loan from the bank proved unsuccessful. Undeterred, and disregarding a specific provision within their lease agreement, James began operating his shop directly out of their apartment.
