Synopsis

Incensed by the deplorable state of the Evans’ apartment, Michael penned a furious letter to the local paper. Almost instantly, a representative from the Housing Commission responded, eager to investigate. However, his eagerness proved ironic; dispatched to assess the situation, he found himself unexpectedly immersed in the very conditions he'd intended to observe, effectively stranded within the heart of the neighborhood itself.
