Synopsis

Moist von Lipwig discovers that the venerable Post Office has been rendered obsolete by towering telegraph structures called "Clacks," now controlled by the shifty Reacher Gilt. Determined to regain a foothold in the world of communication, Moist boldly challenges Gilt to a contest of speed.
