Synopsis

The quiet of the house settled heavily after the separation. Chen Ting, adrift, moved on, leaving her son in the care of Haichao. Mei devoted herself to her ailing mother, and the three children – Mei’s son, Haichao’s child, and Chen Ting's son – found themselves bound together by circumstance. They grew up in each other's orbits, a makeshift family forged in the aftermath of loss.
