The students of New Directions faced off in their yearly tradition, a spirited boys versus girls competition, drawing inspiration from film soundtracks this time around. Simultaneously, in New York, Santana was settling into Rachel and Kurt’s loft with an enthusiasm that tested the boundaries of their hospitality.
