Synopsis

Gintoki’s mouth was grotesquely swollen, necessitating a trip to the dentist. The strain of waiting proved unbearable; overwhelmed by stress and discomfort, he erupted in a desperate plea for someone to simply end his suffering. After a reprimand from the staff, Gintoki waited his turn, the situation complicated further by the arrival of another patient with a similarly afflicted mouth.
