Synopsis

A winter day brings a harsh influenza to the city, and even Otae succumbs to the illness. Shinpachi finds himself with a rare opportunity for quiet time with his sister, attending to her needs, when Gintoki and Kagura unexpectedly appear. It becomes clear they, too, have fallen ill and seek his care. Irritated by their sudden arrival and demanding requests, Shinpachi is further surprised by the arrival of even more afflicted guests.
