Synopsis

The contest for bragging rights as the official fan club champion has arrived. The showdown between Shinpachi and Hijikata will be decided by a game of Otsu chips. Unfamiliar with the game, Shinpachi hurries to acquire a set of the necessary cards. Hijikata, however, is thoroughly prepared, unleashing the potent card, “Melancholy – Five Minutes Before Start!” Hijikata’s relentless offensive forces Shinpachi into a defensive posture. Will he manage to devise a counter?
