Synopsis

Gintoki, Shinpachi, Kagura, and Hasegawa find themselves in the hospital, all afflicted with food poisoning from a batch of suspect crabs; Hasegawa having also sustained injuries from a traffic accident. Their quiet recovery is disrupted when a young nurse develops feelings for one of her patients, drawing the unlikely quartet into a complicated situation.
