Synopsis

Sam and Jay set out to fix their faulty water heater, only for Isaac to transform the simple repair into a political matter as he campaigns for election as representative of the basement's spectral residents. Elsewhere, Kyle tries to provoke jealousy in Bela by feigning a romantic relationship with Hetty.
