Synopsis

The news of Merv Minette's appointment as the new captain of The Bureau Underground met with surprise and alarm from everyone, including Captain LaFrey himself. Minette appeared disinclined toward the position, and immediately brought an end to Max and Leroy’s investigation of the peculiar wire.
