Synopsis

The formidable Prime Evil seeks a decryption device, lost inadvertently from orbit and now submerged in the ocean depths. He believes that with this device within his grasp, he could unlock every secret held by the world’s governments. Upon the unveiling of a newly constructed submarine, Prime Evil dispatches Captain Long John Scarechrome on a mission to seize it.
