Synopsis

Corky’s friend Gene, a brilliant young programmer, was taken by Prime Evil. The villain intended to exploit the boy’s skills to seize control of the computers governing nuclear missiles, and ultimately, the world. To ensure Corky remained silent, Prime Evil's cousin, the King of Terror, employed his spectral abilities to instill fear in the boy.
