Synopsis

Melinda finds herself drawn into a spectral plea: the ghost of an African-American man, a victim of violence in the 1970s at the hands of a white colleague. This spirit is tethered to the prosecutor of that era, a man burdened by insufficient action despite possessing ample evidence. Melinda resolves to aid the ghost in achieving justice, and to guide his son away from the insidious inheritance of prejudice, before those deeply ingrained biases are perpetuated through time.
