Synopsis

Amoretti, a former Petty Officer in the American Empire's Navy, has traveled to Japan and is perpetrating acts of brutal violence against women. Evidence suggests the involvement of the CIA in these crimes. This deeply troubles the Public Security division; Batou, in particular, is profoundly affected, as the case stirs painful memories from his own past, manifesting in disturbing nightmares.
