TAPS explores the decaying grandeur of Buffalo Central Terminal, a once-magnificent art-deco structure now left to ruin. Opened in 1929 as a fourteen-story office tower and train station, the terminal ceased operations fifty years later. Following a period of ownership by several entities, the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation acquired the property in 1997.
