Synopsis

Zak and his team return to the Skid Row district of Los Angeles, drawn to a building on the verge of abandonment, a place haunted by a history as grim and unsettling as the Hotel Cecil. Their investigation proves fraught with difficulty, as the echoes of the past and the resistance of the present conspire to obstruct their every step.
