Synopsis

On Ranch Island, a former haven of communal living just outside Las Vegas, a pervasive sense of the paranormal has taken hold. Zak Bagans and his team arrive to investigate the escalating disturbances. As Bagans becomes acutely affected by a palpable darkness, his colleagues grow concerned that he may be vulnerable to a spirit tethered to the land.
