Synopsis
At a public library, the Chief meets with Smart to retrieve a volume listing the names and addresses of CONTROL agents. Max and Larrabee transport the book in an armored car to a bank vault, but Max inadvertently locks the door, trapping both the Chief and Larrabee inside.
