Synopsis

Algernon DeGrasse, a KAOS agent, cultivates a seemingly innocuous nursery that secretly employs its flora for surveillance of Washington’s elite. When a CONTROL agent vanishes, Max is dispatched to the nursery to unravel the mystery. Assuming the guise of a Japanese gardener, he begins his undercover work, while 99, meanwhile, amasses an unusual collection of plants for their apartment.
