Synopsis

Those in positions of power in Washington are plagued by disturbing dreams, prompting the President to task CONTROL with uncovering the source. As this unfolds, the enigmatic Mad Pharmacist Jarvis Pim of KAOS makes a televised appearance, demanding a $50 million ransom. Should his demand go unmet, he threatens to unleash a new hallucinogenic drug upon the city’s populace. Max and 99 pursue Pim to the Dartfoot Spring Water Company, where he ensnares them using a cunning and archaic method.
