Synopsis

Max shadowed a Kaos agent, the latter discreetly transporting a parrot. During an interrogation of the bird, Max was unexpectedly released by his lawyer, and he and 99 gave chase, following the agent to a pet shop. There, Max discovered the establishment served as a front for Melnick, the Smiling Killer. They learned the parrots were being exploited for their remarkable memory, used to memorize sensitive data before being smuggled out of the country.
