CONTROL was preparing to host a gathering of the world’s most brilliant scientists, but KAOS had other designs. Just as the conference was about to begin, KAOS executed a theft: CONTROL's retrogressor gun. This device, capable of mentally reverting adults to childhood, was seized by a KAOS operative.
